What is a PodCamp?
A PodCamp is a usually free or low cost BarCamp-style community UnConference for new media enthusiasts and professionals including bloggers, podcasters, YouTubers, social networkers, and anyone curious about new media. The first PodCamp was held September 8-10, 2006 in Boston, Massachusetts. PodCamps are now being held worldwide.
Those interested in blogging, social media, social networking, podcasting, video on the net, if you’re a podsafe musician (or want to be), or just someone curious about new media, should come.
Why Become a PodCampNH Sponsor?
The goal of PodCamp is to be free or low cost to attendees so that anyone and everyone can participate regardless of their financial situation. Because of this, we need the support of our sponsors to make this event happen. Sponsors can also reap the benefits of attending this learning conference, expanding their knowledge and applying it to their business.
With the support of our sponsors and donors we can make the first PodCampNH a success. Every little bit helps.

Sponsor: space on the registration floor if desired, public thanks on the blog and wiki, 8 1/2 x 11 sign on the sponsor wall, mention with other sponsors in the sponsorcast, inclusion with others in a press release, inclusion in Official Guide, logo placement on web site

Other Sponsorship Options
Want to sponsor a specific piece of PodCampNH? Below are a few options available to you:
After party snacks and drinks on Evening 1 or 2 (~$1,000)
Miscellaneous sponsorship: $200
Liability insurance sponsor: (~$1,000 – yes, events like this need insurance, sadly)
Badges and Badge Holders (badges can be printed out paper, but holders should be lanyard with clear holder. (~$1,000)
Supplies: sponsors can donate notepads and pens, pencils with their logo, a Staples gift card.
AV Equipment donation: screens, projectors, audio, etc.
T-shirt production (or whatever Schwag we decide to give out): 3 colors simple screen for 200 shirts (mix of sizes, heavy on the L, XL): Sponsor gets small logo on shirt sleeve. (~$2,000)
